Everything on this site, including the text, graphics, logos, book titles and cover artwork, and the way they are arranged, is owned by Dr. Paul Etienne or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference. Please do not reproduce, republish, distribute or build on this content without written permission first.

4. Bookings and engagements

Submitting the booking form is an enquiry. It is not a confirmed booking and it does not create a contract. A speaking, workshop or consulting engagement is confirmed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will set out fees, scope, travel, cancellation terms and anything else commercial. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

5. Third party links

This site links to other websites, including Amazon, so you can buy the books. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their practices, and linking to them is not an endorsement of anything else they carry.
